Landscape Estimation - Having previously partnered with one of Australia’s largest residential home builders to deliver tailored landscaping solutions to hundreds of clients, SKDB offers the expertise and precision needed for accurate landscape quantity surveying and professional guidance. Our deep industry experience ensures your landscaping projects are planned with confidence, cost transparency, and minimal risk of unexpected variations—excluding conditions related to subterranean environments.

New Builds & Landscaping - Having worked as a site manager for Australia’s largest home builder & delivering numerous new builds with a contract value ranging from $420k through to $1mil, SKDB can provide the knowledge & insight required to complete an efficient & cost-effective building project from pre-site works through to handover with no oversight that can cause extended delay’s & dramatic cost increases.
